At tyresworld.ae, delivering a great customer experience is something we take seriously. If an item arrives unused or turns out to be defective, we're happy to accept it back within 3 days of delivery, provided it's dropped off at one of our approved locations. Within that same 3-day window, customers can also ask for a refund or exchange if the product was faulty on arrival. Tyres supplied directly by an agency work a little differently — return or exchange requests for those are only accepted within 1–2 days of delivery, and are subject to that agency's own return policy.
We'll process any return or exchange once the following conditions are met:
- The product hasn't been used and remains in its original, undamaged packaging.
- You've submitted the request within 3 days of delivery. For agency-supplied tyres specifically, this window narrows to 1–2 days, in line with that agency's return policy.
- You can provide the original purchase invoice, which we'll need to complete the return or exchange.
How refunds work: To start a refund request, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 506 9575 Once we've reviewed and approved your request, we'll issue the refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the amount refunded will have delivery charges and any bank fees deducted first.
How exchanges work: Once we receive your exchange request, we'll inspect the returned item. If it meets our criteria, you'll receive a replacement of equal value, or store credit instead, whichever you'd prefer.
Shipping costs: When exchanging a product, the cost of shipping it back to us is the customer's responsibility. We'd suggest using a trackable shipping method, so there's proof of return on hand if it's ever needed.
What's excluded: We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange on any item that's been mounted, driven on, used, or damaged after delivery.
If an item is out of stock: Should the product you ordered turn out to be unavailable, we'll offer you a suitable alternative. If that alternative doesn't work for you, or you'd simply rather not substitute, we'll give you a full refund instead.
