Return/Refund Policy

At TyresWorld.ae / Carolyn Auto Care - L.L.C - S.P.C., we want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not accept returns on any products. However, customers are eligible to exchange products if they are found to be defective within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product should be exchanged within 3 days after delivery.
  • The original invoice must be presented to process the exchange.

Exchange Process: Once we receive your request for exchange, we will assess the condition of the product. If approved, you will be offered a replacement product of the same value or a store credit.

Shipping Costs: Customers will bear the cost of return shipping for exchanges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exclusions: TyresWorld.ae / Carolyn Auto Care - L.L.C - S.P.C reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product has been mounted, driven, or used in any manner by the customer.
