Once you receive your order confirmation email, we process every order within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. As soon as your order ships, our customer support team will send you a WhatsApp notification letting you know it's on its way.

Free Shipping (Without Installation)
Free shipping is available to major locations across the UAE that our delivery partners cover. If your address falls outside our standard delivery areas, *additional charges may apply and will be payable by the customer. Where delivery to your location isn't possible, you'll be given the option to collect your tyres from a nearby pickup point that our team will confirm with you. In either case, we'll notify you in advance by WhatsApp or phone before proceeding.

This service starts at AED 299, though the price may vary depending on your location. If any **additional charges apply, we'll let you know beforehand, and payment of that extra amount is required before we dispatch the service.

Delays & Exceptions
We always aim to ship on time, but occasionally delays occur on the courier's end that are outside our control. When that happens, we'll follow up with the courier directly to help get things resolved.
Our tyre stock is spread across several warehouses — in Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah — and shipments are arranged based on both current stock levels and the installer you've selected. If your order needs to be transferred from one warehouse to the one nearest your chosen installer, this can occasionally add a short delay to your installation date or delivery schedule.
